St. Anthony the Abbot

And he usually wouldn't eat till after or sundown. And then any time, any time he saw someone virtuous, it was his goal to get whatever virtues they had in practice them as perfectly as possible. So he always modeled himself on. Everybody saw it was virtuous made great advances in holiness, till it ended, end up being like pottery appeal. The D the Dem demons are getting so mad at him. Now you see that in some of the lives of the saints, the reason is because by that time, there's so much in uniformity with Christ that really temptations aren't working on the inside. The devil's snares everywhere throughout the, throughout the world realized that only divine grace could could say if somebody from such a mess anyway, because he was so Holy ended up here, a lot of other men around him and became the first Abbott and started that way of life. And the dead Egypt. We know that Saint Athanasius went to visit him. And as we heard, just in fact, he wrote his life. And as we heard just the other day, Saint Anthony went to see st.
